how to solve problem my oppo phone close many time
Check the Battery
If your phone turns off when battery is still showing charge, the battery may be weak.
Try charging with the original charger and cable.
See if the phone stays on while connected to power — if yes, it’s likely a battery issue.
Restart in Safe Mode
Press and hold the Power button until you see the OPPO logo.
Then hold Volume Down until the device finishes restarting.
If the phone works fine in Safe Mode, an app you installed is causing the issue → uninstall recently added apps.
Update the System
Go to Settings → Software Update.
Install any available updates (sometimes OPPO pushes fixes for stability problems).
Clear Cache Partition
Turn off your phone.
Press and hold Power + Volume Down until you see recovery mode.
Choose Wipe cache partition (this won’t delete your data).
Check Overheating
If the phone shuts down when hot, avoid gaming or charging while in use.
Remove the case and let it cool down.
⚠️ If the Problem Still Happens
Backup your data and do a factory reset from Settings → Additional Settings → Backup & Reset.
If even that doesn’t help, the issue is likely hardware (battery, motherboard, or power button fault). You’ll need to visit an OPPO service center.
